Use/Good point
This tester is used to estimate the extent of decrease of strength of the cloth, or to estimate the color fastness of colored or dyed cloth when it undergoes dry heat process or hot pressing. It employs the method of JIS L 0850 and JIS L 0879. The tester consists of a pair of hot plates with the same specification up and down, and two temperature regulators, separately controlling the temperature of the pair of hot plates.
This tester is also suitable to estimate the resin processing fabric and the knitted fabric residue chlorine processed test (Scorch Test).
